The St. Charles Convention Center is located off of I-70 at exit 229A for Convention Center Blvd.
St. Charles has a free trolley that runs weekends from April 1st through December 31st. Download the Ride Saint Charles app to find the trolley schedule.

The Convention Center is attached to an Embassy Suites by Hilton that makes going from hotel room to meeting room quick and easy.
There are also many more quality hotels just a few minutes from the Center.
✧ Parking
The St. Charles Convention Center has 1,200 complimentary parking spaces available for all events.
If you plan to stay in your motorhome or oversized vehicle overnight, you may reserve a space at Sundermeir RV Park.
For parking only, parking lot D may be utilized overnight for oversized vehicles or motorhomes as space allows.

The Center is ADA compliant and offers several accessible offerings such as:

- Automatic doors on both levels

- Complimentary wheelchairs at Guest Services (must have a valid ID, limited number available)

Kaldi’s Coffee station is available 24/7 in the St Charles' Convention Center's lower level.
St. Charles also boasts an abundant variety of restaurants on Main Street and the Streets of St. Charles, just a few minutes from the Convention Center. There are also more options and more variety throughout St. Charles County.
✧ Health & Safety
The St. Charles Convention Center is committed to providing the best experience and ensuring guests’ safety. They are a GBAC STAR Facility and uses AtmosAir air purification technology to keep safety on the forefront.
The St. Charles Convention Center follows St. Charles County and City Government as well as state-issued and CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19.

✧ Wi-Fi
The St. Charles Convention Center offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Log into the Guest Network to check email, send a text, or make a phone call.
Exhibitors can also visit the Guest Services desk on the lower level to inquire about purchasing an upgraded internet connection. Activities that may require upgraded speeds include uploading/downloading files, streaming services, and VPN.
✧ Sustainability
The St. Charles Convention Center, in partnership with OVG 360, is committed to providing environmental responsibility and sustainability. The goal is to offer outstanding quality of service and to mitigate the impact on the natural environment. Some of the things that have been done are:
- Program escalators, HVAC, and lights based on clients’ schedules and utilize motion sensor lights, sinks, and toilets to reduce energy waste
- Offer five-gallon water coolers in every meeting room to reduce bottled water consumption
- Employ a single-stream recycling program and back-of-house composting program
- Provide paperless billing, online exhibitor services ordering, recycle bins in meeting rooms, and dry erase boards to conserve paper

Is this event legitimate?
Yes — We are a fully contracted event at St. Charles Convention Center.
For those who require confirmation, we’re able to provide a copy of the venue booking invoice upon request.
Our operations follow standard venue contracting and payment procedures, and all communications are issued through our official email.
Who runs Anime Market Missouri (St. Louis)?
We are organized by a team with a strong track record of producing successful artist alley focused conventions. While this may be our first appearance in Missouri/St Louis, we’ve operated large-scale markets in other regions — always with the same focus: clear systems, consistent communication, and exhibitor prioritization.

How many attendees are expected?
Our ticket prices are set lower than the average anime convention to make the event more accessible and affordable for attendees. Full details on ticket pricing will be available upon launch through the official ticketing platform.
While large conventions draw massive crowds, some local attendees prefer a more relaxed, dealers' alley focused event where they can shop at their own pace without the overwhelming rush of a mega-con. Anime Market Missouri (St. Louis) provides that space, offering a dedicated market-style experience within a full-scale convention setting.
How will you promote this event?
We invest heavily in promotion to ensure both visibility and turnout.
Our team runs paid targeted ads by city, using data from past anime events to reach local fans who are most likely to attend and buy.
Every exhibitor who secures a booth is automatically promoted through our social media channels — even if you don’t submit promo images. Our in-house design team creates a custom graphic for your booth using content from your public social media accounts or your application, and we share it across our platforms. We also tag your social media handle in your post, so fans are able to find your account for preorders or follow you after discovering your booth at the con. You are able to opt out of this arrangement as well.
We also proactively follow and engage with fans in your city who attend similar events, so that community awareness is already growing well before the event begins.
The goal is simple: you focus on doing your thing — we handle the marketing.
